For the registration step, please create a new submission, fill in the abstract + author information and "Submit" it. You can leave the other fields blank. You can then edit your submission until June 1st to fill in the remaining details, particularly the link to your artifact.
Note: if you foresee any specific requirements for reviewing your artifact (hardware, etc.), please mention them in the abstract. If the requirements are hard to fulfill, consider sending us an email in addition.
